About Kathryn

I have 20 years of real estate experience in the Wake County, Chapel Hill, Durham, and Hillsborough markets. For the first five years, I worked with local investors in the Chapel Hill/Durham area. I was the Listing Agent and part owner of The Retreat at Franklin (condos behind the Siena Hotel. To gain national exposure, I joined the Remax Winning Edge team in 2010. In 2015, to broaden my real estate knowledge and to represent a Durham home builder, I joined the Berkshire Hathaway office as a team member. Prior to Berkshire Hathaway, I was a volume member of the Remax Executive Club.

My husband David and I have lived in the Triangle since 1997. We raised our two children in Hillsborough and built our dream home on 32 acres in Chapel Hill a few years ago.

Currently, I rank in the top 1% of Berkshire Hathaway Agents Nationwide and received the Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award for 2024
